Welcome, we hope you enjoy your stay and fall in love with Exuma as much as we have. Our goal is for you to leave the rest of the world behind and find your personal Zen here in Exuma. Whether it’s the water, the waves, the sand, the cool rum drinks, or the company you keep, our job is to make all of it easier. Your door code is: Enter your 4 digit number and # (touch anywhere on the face of the lock to illuminate, then your code followed by #).

How to Check In

If you have rented a car, there is free parking in the onsite parking lot located across the street from the lobby.

Follow the blue arrows on the map to your villa.

Wade, our property manager, will most likely stop by to introduce himself during your stay. He is available to assist you should you have any concerns +1 (242) 357-0847 (WhatsApp)

  1. The WiFi network and password log in information can be found on the hanging sign and/or guest book inside of the villa Network: Quest WiFi Password: Exumaquest
  2. Remember to add an international plan to your cellular service prior to departure. Some people choose to use WhatsApp that can provide long distance calling via WiFi.
  3. Make sure everyone has an up-to-date passport.
  4. Please be respectful of other guests at Palm Bay Beach Club. No loud music or outside guests allowed on the property after 10:00 pm.
  5. There is a Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
  6. Available from Georgetown Airport to Hideaways (roughly $30).
  7. Parking is free for guests in the lot across the street from the lobby.
  8. Please, no smoking inside and be mindful of sand. The bucket beside the front door is a foot bath to rinse off the sand before entering.
  9. An initial supply of toilet tissue is provided. Please plan accordingly for your trip. You can purchase soft goods at any of the supermarkets on the island.
  10. We have included beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, dry pack, sunscreen, bug spray, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and coffee for convenience.
  11. There is a wagon/cart in the villa for your use to assist you with transporting groceries or luggage from your vehicle. Please do not take it in the sand.
  12. We have a SIP board and 2 passenger kayak for your use on the deck of villa 19, it is for all guests of villa 19 and 20 please be courteous to each other when using.
